Product Description
These high-quality Si Wafer Carrier trays are designed for storing, transporting, and handling semiconductor wafers, glass wafers, or other delicate flat objects. Made of natural or conductive black polypropylene material, they are available in sizes from 1" to 6" for maximum grip, minimum contact force, and minimum pressure. The wafer or disc carriers have a tapered base that supports only the edges of the wafer. The wafer is held in place by a spider spring and a locking lid.
The clamshell wafer carriers are suitable for 6"/150mm, 8"/200mm, and 12"/300mm wafers and are made of transparent conductive black polycarbonate. The interior height is 0.7mm for the 6" and 8" carriers and 0.8mm for the 12" carrier.
